Absolutely. Your API keys are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption and stored securely in our database. We never access or use them for anything other than your video generation. You can update or remove your API keys at any time from your account settings.

The process is simple: (1) Create your script (generate from a topic, paste your own, or import via CSV), (2) Choose your voice, music, and visual style, (3) Customize scenes and visual descriptions, (4) Click generate and our system handles everything: AI generates images for each scene, creates narration with ElevenLabs, generates background music (if selected), composes the final video with transitions, and uploads everything to secure storage. You'll receive an email notification when your video is ready.

Video generation time depends on the number of scenes and complexity. Typically, a video with 5-10 scenes takes 5-15 minutes. The process includes image generation (which can take longer for high-quality images), narration generation, music generation (if selected), and video composition. You'll receive an email notification when your video is ready. You can also check the status in your dashboard.

FeedScape supports three aspect ratios: 9:16 (1080x1920) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts; 16:9 (1920x1080) for YouTube, Vimeo, and other landscape platforms; and 1:1 (1080x1080) for Instagram posts and square content. Videos are exported as MP4 files (H.264 codec) which are compatible with all major platforms and video editing software.

You can download your complete video as an MP4 file, or download individual assets separately: scene images as PNG files (high resolution), narration audio as MP3 files, background music as MP3 files (if generated), and caption files as SRT or WebVTT formats (if captions are enabled). This gives you complete creative freedom to edit assets in your own software like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or any other editing tool.

Yes! Unlike other platforms, FeedScape lets you download everything separately: individual scene images (PNG), audio files (MP3), and the final composed video (MP4). You can also download caption files (SRT/WebVTT) if enabled. This gives you complete creative freedom to edit assets in your own software or use them in other projects.

Yes! You can edit scenes, regenerate visuals with AI, modify narration text, change visual descriptions, and adjust settings anytime. After making changes, you can regenerate the video.

Voice Snap is a unique FeedScape feature that automatically removes awkward pauses and breaks from AI-generated voiceovers. This creates smoother, more natural narration that keeps viewers engaged. You can configure Voice Snap settings in Advanced Options during video creation, adjusting sensitivity and thresholds to match your preferences.

Absolutely. All your assets are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage and remain under your control. You can download everything anytime, export for external editing, and delete content whenever you need. Your connected account credentials (API keys) are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption—we never access or use them for anything other than your video generation. We follow industry best practices for data security and privacy.
